Job description

Working in our Sustainability Team within SP Transmission, you will be an advocate for our business, ensuring that our Transmission Network has a minimal impact on our environment.

Our team plays a vital role in driving our business towards a more sustainable future, aligning our supply chain with sustainable objectives and championing initiatives to reduce carbon emissions.

Whether it's supporting the delivery of our projects during construction or managing our operational network, your dedication to the environment and sustainability will be crucial and we’re looking for a graduate who shares our passion. What you’ll be doing

  • Support carbon reduction and biodiversity initiatives
  • Help deliver sustainability reports and ESG disclosures
  • Work on planning, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Gain insight into the full project lifecycle—from design to delivery
  • Collaborate with teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations

What we are looking for

  • A 2:2 or above in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Geography, Sustainability or similar
  • Passion for sustainability and climate action
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills
  • A driving licence (or working towards it)
