Be a part of our mission to implement robust health and safety practices throughout our business, ensuring we not only meet but exceed the evolving regulatory landscape whilst maintaining the highest health and safety standards.

As a Health and Safety Graduate within SP Energy Networks, you’ll be part of a dedicated team focused on keeping health and safety standards high. This role is critical in ensuring we embed strong health and safety practices across the business to meet and exceed growing regulations and tackle the challenges of large infrastructure projects.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies, procedures, and initiatives across development and construction projects
  • Help ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Promote a proactive safety culture
  • Collaborate with operational teams to promote a positive safety culture and raise awareness of best practices.
  • Help investigate incidents and near misses, contributing to root cause analysis and improvement actions

What we are looking for

  • A 2:2 or above in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Calm under pressure and detail-oriented
  • A genuine interest in safety, health, and sustainability

  • health sciences
