Are you ready to shape the future with confidence?
Will you shape the future or will the future shape you?
Start your career adventure with us and help shape your future with confidence.
Are you at university and thinking about your next steps? Or recently graduated and are exploring your career options? If yes, then take a look at our US/UK Cross Border Graduate Programme. Working within the US/UK Cross Border tax division, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, working with clients, to help them manage risk whilst you gain practical experience in different areas of tax.
The opportunity: your next adventure awaits
It’s okay to not know everything when it comes to your career, as it’s only just beginning. We’re here to support you! Our graduate programmes enable you to shape your future with confidence. From bots that do number crunching, to sustainability projects that positively impact people and the planet, we have opportunities to match your passion and strengths.
What you can expect:
This is a three-year paid graduate programme where you’ll also be able to study towards an Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and potentially the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). Additional Enrolled Agent for those in a dual handler (UK/US Tax) role.
As a Tax Graduate you will:
- Specialise in either UK Tax or a dual handler (UK/US Tax) role depending on your preference
- Work with start-up companies, large corporations, and high-profile individuals in your specialist area
- Receive on-the-job training, working closely with other tax assistants and tax managers
- Gain practical experience in different areas of tax through complex client work.
You’ll join an inclusive and supportive team, where you’ll receive the coaching and mentoring you need to reach your potential. You’ll develop your knowledge with on-the-job learning, and regular training opportunities. Plus, your development doesn’t stop once you’ve completed the programme – we’ll continue to empower you with opportunities to supercharge your career and progress within EY.
What’s in it for you:
- Accelerate your technical capabilities and transformative leadership skills with future-focused courses and development programmes.
- Broaden your horizons by working on highly integrated teams across the globe and collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds — both professionally and culturally.
- Bring out the best in yourself with continuous investment in your personal well-being and career development.
- Develop your own personal purpose and help us create a positive ripple effect on our teams, our business, clients and society.
Here at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience. We’ll empower you with the latest technology, surround you with high-performing teams, and provide the global scale and diverse and inclusive culture you need to discover your full potential. Through our coaching and training programmes, you’ll develop the skills you need to stay relevant today and, in the future – all while building a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who will be on the journey with you at EY and beyond.
