Assurance Graduate Programmes – April and September 2026

Job description

An Assurance Graduate Programme is the perfect entry point to your career after university. You'll take part in hands-on, client-facing work, giving you the skills and strengths you'll need to thrive in your working life. Depending on which programme you'll join, you will complete two – three years and you’ll also gain an industry-recognised qualification by the end of the programme by balancing work with study.

Plus, your experience doesn't stop once you've completed the programme - we'll continue to give you opportunities to progress within EY. Before you know it, you’ll be leading on audits for clients, getting a team together, spotting strategic opportunities and building the foundations for a career in business.

We offer eight business areas within Assurance, where you can choose to work in one of the following:

  • Audit — use your eye for detail to identify patterns and trends to inspire confidence in our clients' operations.
  • Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) — in this client-facing role, you'll help finance leaders tackle complex challenges.
  • Forensic Data Analytics (FD&A) — become a detective and watch for anomalies while inspiring growth.
  • Extended Assurance — help us reduce risk and inspire confidence by advising our clients
  • Technology Risk —discover how we help to mitigate mistakes and security breaches in our clients’ IT and data.
  • Technology Risk - Data Analytics — delve into diverse data sets to uncover risks and deliver bespoke solutions
