Risk Consulting Graduate Programme – September 2026

Job description

Help our clients to protect their businesses from risk whilst you progress towards becoming a chartered accountant.

We work with our clients to help them solve their most complex and pressing problems. We help businesses build trust and confidence by supporting them to:

  • Better manage and mitigate risk
  • Enhance and optimise their risk and internal control environments through use of technology, data & AI
  • Operate key components of their risk, internal audit and compliance functions
  • Better integrate and align risk, controls and assurance across their businesses

What you will be doing

  • Getting to know our client’s businesses, their strengths and opportunities for improvements.
  • Deliver across a breadth of service offerings spanning process and controls, digital risk, data, risk, regulation and compliance
  • Helping to communicate your results and recommendations for improvement directly to clients with impact
  • Ensure the timely delivery of quality deliverables, maintain regular contact with seniors, managers and team members.
  • Stay informed of general business, economic and technology related developments and understand the impact to the client.
  • You’ll be working across a portfolio of clients assigned to you. This will involve a mixture of hybrid working – travelling to client offices, working in the EY office and occasionally from home. It will vary by client/project and will depend on the requirements of both the client and project team.
