Industry-recognised Surveyor training

Launched in 2014, our flagship Level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation provides a part-time, degree-alternative route into the residential surveying profession. The programme is accredited by the Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE) and developed in collaboration with employers to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the sector.

The diploma offers a flexible and accessible pathway for individuals from all backgrounds to retrain and enter the surveying profession – addressing the growing national shortage of qualified surveyors driven by an ageing workforce and increased demand from housing and decarbonisation agendas.

Skills for social housing

In addition to our surveying qualifications, Sava’s Level 4 Skills Builder + qualifications offer a suite of stackable, online courses designed specifically for social housing professionals.
