The ERPA Academy is seeking motivated graduates, early-career professionals, and career-changers who are eager to build a career in Microsoft technology and consulting. Over 16 weeks, you will receive structured training, hands-on project experience, and mentoring from experienced consultants at ERP Advisors.
What You Will Learn
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, or Project Operations)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Copilot and modern AI tools
- Core consulting skills including problem-solving, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Real-world project experience within ERP Advisors
Responsibilities
During the programme, you will:
- Participate fully in scheduled training sessions and workshops
- Complete assignments, practical tasks, and Microsoft Learn modules
- Work with mentors on real or simulated consulting projects
- Contribute to group activities, practice exercises, and end-of-programme showcase
