  • Proactively collaborating on incidents involving all team members

Additional responsibilities encompass

  • Documenting routine change requests
  • Participating in application testing throughout the full test lifecycle
  • Deploying, managing and updating AWS services and other cloud platforms
  • Administering containerisation tools and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes

The work is often technically demanding and requires an imaginative thought process. You will collaborate with Sinara’s own software development teams.

The shifts rotate on approximately monthly basis and all team members are required to be available to fulfil any shifts (with notice).

Currently we support clients 24/5 but we expect this to develop into 24/7 support.
