We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Sales & Admin Coordinator to join our vibrant HQ in Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our sales operations, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic international brand.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing wholesale and direct-to-consumer order processing, ensuring seamless service for customers, distributors, and online buyers
- Supporting sales across digital platforms and helping to grow our presence
- Providing general administration to the sales team, including researching, pitching, and connecting with new business opportunities
- Preparing and collating sales packs, and coordinating sample dispatches with couriers
- Building and nurturing relationships with UK and international clients
- Acting as a helpful, professional point of contact when handling phone calls for the business

What we are looking for
- A strong academic background – graduates welcome!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and friendly phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to master our ERP system
- Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
- A positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn and develop
- Sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
