Purpose

  • You will play a key supporting and delivery role across two connected areas: our National Lottery “Creating Carer Friendly Communities” programme and our Health Liaison workstream.
  • This dynamic, forward-facing role involves delivering awareness training and outreach activity across community, health and employer settings to help identify and support hidden Carers.
