Job description
Our passion at Currys is helping everyone enjoy the latest tech. And our Technology, Data and Transformation team is working at the forefront of change to constantly optimise the customer experience and drive our future success. Our transformation vision is to make things clearer, simpler and faster. And to help us achieve our goals, we’re looking for the brightest talent to join our Transformation Graduate programme.
Role overview
Our three-year programme allows you to specialise from day one and kick-start your career in a collaborative, supportive team. You’ll start out with three six-month rotations across Business Analysis, Project Management and Business Change. Within these areas you’ll learn how to perform discrete analysis activities across the E2E lifecycle of a product or programme as well as how to support the delivery of key internal programmes and crucial change management activities.
In your fourth six-month rotation, you’ll have an opportunity to try something new or explore an area you’re passionate about. Finally, in year three, you’ll do a deeper dive into that specialism and have the chance to work towards a Level 7 Apprenticeship.
Along the way, you’ll develop a wealth of new skills, including:
- High level scoping
- Process mapping and re-engineering
- Project planning and tracking
- Workshop facilitation
- Change approach definition and impact assessment
- Comms and training design and roll out
You’ll also have access to essential teaching resources and the support of a network of experienced colleagues to help you decide where you want to go next, whether that be developing your skills further in a role such as Junior Business Analyst or Junior PM/PMO, or building your experience as a Junior Change Manager.
About the benefits
We know our people are the magic ingredient in our success. That’s why we reward you with benefits that go deeper than just the day-to-day. Benefits that work for you, your lifestyle and your career. They include:
- Product discounts on the latest tech
- Competitive pension scheme
- 6 weeks of annual leave (inclusive of bank holiday entitlement)
- A range of wellbeing initiatives
Why join us
Join our team and we’ll be with you every step of the way. You’ll have the chance to get stuck into a bit of everything, to refine your skills and to develop the career you want in a fast-paced ambitious environment.
As the biggest recycler and repairer of tech in the UK, we’re leading the industry in progressive ways and we need your fresh perspectives and bold ideas to help us make a positive impact on people and the planet.
